How much does a new in-ground pool cost?
At Pools and Spas by Design, pools start around $68,000, but we also build luxury, high-end pools that can stretch into the hundreds of thousands. Remember, this is an all-in price for a well-built, custom-designed pool – and includes everything you need. We won’t nickel and dime you.
The Pool Construction Process
Building an in-ground pool the right way is a complicated process. We want you to have a good understanding of what that entails up-front – so there aren’t any surprises later. From the beginning of excavation to a pool full of water is an approximately 10–14-week process. Here is a basic overview of the stages of pool construction you can expect:

Yes, we are willing and able to add anything your heart desires, but you should check with your homeowner’s insurance. Sometimes they have restrictions or prohibitively expensive premiums for additions like diving boards and waterslides.
Can I add features like waterfalls, lighting and heating to my pool design?
Yes! We specialize in integrating water features, fire features, LED lighting, smart automation, heating systems and unique custom elements.
